No board member profits in any way through the NANMT. Every position on the Board is a voluntary position. Board members are expressly prohibited from deriving any personal financial benefit or gain from the Association.

Board members from time-to-time submit reimbursement expense reports for ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the Association. Members are required to get prior approval from the Treasurer and an Officer before incurring any expense on behalf of the Association.

The Board complies with the public disclosure requirements established by the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Department of Treasury, as provided in IRC Reg. Sections 301.6104(d)-1 through 301.6104(d)-3.
